Lisa Edelstein was an American actress who is best known as the actress who starred in Fox's House medical show. With a very strict Jewish childhood the actress was able to move from Wayne to New York City when she was 18 to attend Tisch School of the Arts. She quickly became part of the club scene in New York. Her performances were so good that even local media took notice. Her experiences and her fame in order to create and write the musical called Positive Me in which she starred. Then she was recruited by MTV to present Awake On The Wild Side. When the show ended it was time to do film as well as TV productions. She started with tiny roles and then established herself slowly as an actor.
