Andrea Jeremiah

Andrea Maria Jeremiah (born in India) is an Indian performer, singer-songwriter, and performer. She is mainly involved in Tamil and Malayalam movies. Her first appearance as an actor was in the Tamil film Pachaikili Muthucharam as well as her Malayalam debut was with Annayum's Rasoolum. Andrea Jeremiah is born into the same Anglo-Indian family at Arakkonam Tamil Nadu.Andrea's father is a lawyer in the Madras High Court. Her younger sister works as a research assistant from Belgium and is employed in Leuven. Jeremiah was brought up within Chennai. He was a student at National Public School. After the completion of his studies, he attended Women's Christian College. Jeremiah has stated that she was quite a geek and wanted to be a psychiatrist until she completed the 12th grade of her board exams.Andrea was a classical pianist at the age of eight. Young Stars was the Jackson Five-style band that Andrea joined at 10-years-old. It led to her debut singing career and her early musical composition. She performed as a stage artist at her university and participated in several productions by The Madras Players, EVAM and other theatre groups. Andrea was the President of The Women's Christian College's Student Senate. Andrea started the acting profession as an infant performer in Girish Karnad Nagamandala. The role she played in 2006's new leo Coffee advertisement was with Shiva. The year 2006 was the time she starred in a show that was airing on Podhigai. She has appeared in various shows in a variety of roles across India. There was a brief appearance in the Kanda Mudhal final (2005). She sang for Gautham Vasudev's Vettaiyaadu. He asked her to play one of his female leads on Pachaikili Muthucharam. This film was a film adaptation of James Siegel's novel Derailed with Andrea portraying Kalyani who is a housewife who's husband is involved in a sexual affair and gets blackmailed. Andrea was approached following Simran Shobana's death and Tabu. Released in Early 2010. It was released in the month of August, 2011. Venkat Prabhu made his debut with the multi-starrer Mankatha. The film was commissioned to fill a smaller part in the film. Annayum Rasoolum, a romantic film by Rajeev ravi that was released in 2013, was her Malayalam debut.
