Anya Taylor-Joy

Anya Taylor Joy (born April 16th, 1996) was born in Miami Florida. Dennis Alan Taylor was a banker in the past. Jennifer Marina Joy worked as a Psychotherapist. The father of her was Argentine and has Scottish and English ancestry. Her mother comes from Spanish as well as English ancestry. Taylor Joy also has 4 siblings. One of them is in each parent's previous marriages. After living in Buenos Aires for six years, the family relocated to Victoria. Taylor Joy states that the move to England was a very difficult experience. Taylor Joy was unable to master English and was hoping to return to Argentina. Hill House, a school in the same district as Northlands was obligated to accept her. She later enrolled at Queen's Gate School where she trained in ballet and appeared in school productions. After she turned sixteen, Taylor-Joy resigned from the school to pursue a full-time acting profession. Taylor-Joy was always aware of her desire to work as an actor. She was given a chance by Sarah Doukas founder of Storm Management and was offered the opportunity to model.
